Absolutely. Once your order has been dispatched, you receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your parcel directly through the courier website.

Email support@propitchfootball.com with your order number and reason for return. We issue a Return Authorisation (RA) number within 1 business day, then you post the item back to us.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your returned item, back to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Pre-orders let you reserve stock before it arrives at our warehouse. Each pre-ordered item shows an expected arrival date on the product page. Once stock lands and your pre-order is allocated, you receive a courier ETA email.

Pre-orders can be cancelled any time before stock has been allocated to you. Once allocated, cancellations are no longer possible as your stock has been reserved specifically for you.

Grip socks are performance socks with silicone or rubber grip elements on the outside that lock your foot inside your boot. Normal football socks are designed for comfort and moisture management. Grip socks add high-friction grip zones across the sole and sometimes the upper, so your foot stays anchored inside the boot. Many pros wear grip socks instead of regular socks, or cut the foot off their team sock and wear a grip sock underneath for the grip without losing the team look.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, email support@propitchfootball.com straight away with your order number and we will do everything we can to change or cancel it. Once an order has been packed and handed to the courier, it cannot be changed and will need to follow our returns process.

New Zealand pitches range from firm dry ground in summer to soft, wet ground in winter. We stock boots suited to local conditions and clearly label each boot. If you are unsure whether a boot is right for your ground type, email us and we will recommend the best option.

Knock off loose mud after every session, wipe with a damp cloth, and let your boots dry naturally at room temperature — never on a heater or in direct sun, which cracks the material. Stuff with newspaper to hold their shape and absorb moisture. Avoid machine washing, which damages the upper and sole plate.
