These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Pro Pitch Football website and online store (the "Service"). By browsing or purchasing products from our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Service.

• "We", "us", "our" refers to Pro Pitch Football.
• "You", "your" refers to the customer or user of our Service.
• "Product" refers to any football gear, apparel, or equipment available for purchase on our site.

When you place an order through our Service, you are making an offer to purchase the selected Product(s) at the prices stated. We accept your offer when we confirm your order and process payment. Until payment is confirmed, no contract is formed.

• All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where payment cannot be verified or stock is unavailable.

Where products are available for pre-order, payment is taken at the time of order. Pre-ordered items are allocated from incoming stock. We will notify you with estimated arrival and allocation dates. If we are unable to fulfil a pre-order, we will refund your payment in the original payment method.

• Estimated delivery times are provided on your order confirmation. These are estimates and not guarantees.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers, customs, or events beyond our control.
• You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect address details.

• We accept returns of faulty or damaged products within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is unused and in its original condition.
• To request a return, contact us with your order number and proof of purchase.
• Refunds for faulty products are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
• Change-of-mind returns are not accepted unless otherwise required by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

We make every effort to display product images, descriptions, and specifications accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that displayed colours or images are identical to the actual product due to display and lighting variations. Sizing information is provided as a guide only.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Pro Pitch Football or its licensors and is protected by New Zealand and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pro Pitch Football shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our Service or any products purchased through it. This includes damages for loss of data, ill-gotten gains, or business interruption.

Your use of our Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020.
